Autobody Technician Journeyman

360 Collision Centres is looking for an Auto Body Technician Journeyman to join its team. As our production continues to increase and as we turn into a multi-location business, we are looking for motivated technicians who want to make a significant career move, a top flat rate technician can make a six figure a year income. Auto Body Technician Duties:

Customer Service Professional

We are seeking an experienced, client-focused customer service professional for their busy Abbotsford office. The position reports to the Collision Manager and will be responsible for creating an awesome customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who possesses a positive attitude, welcomes challenges, and enjoys a variety of tasks in a busy office environment.

 Key Responsibilities

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer phones, direct callers and take messages
  • Greet walk-in clients/guests
  • Create physical and electronic customer files
  • Scanning and data entry of payable invoices for projects
  • Recording of customer payments
  • Assist with reconciliation and submission of insurance claims
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including faxes and couriered mail

Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ of experience in a similar role within a professional collision repair shop

 Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Aptitude for using computer software
  • Collision software proficiencies using
    • Imex Collision Management System
    • Mitchell Estimating
    • ProjiSync Appointment Scheduling Solution
  • ICBC claims processing experience
  • Experience managing a busy, multi-line phone system
  • Basic bookkeeping/accounting knowledge
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Great customer service focus and courteous phone manner
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively with others, prioritize and multi-task
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Positive and outgoing attitude
  • Ability to work to a high standard (while under pressure)
